1. There are several diamond characteristics in the “Diamond Prices”
section. How do I choose?
Usually there are 4 aspects of a diamond that people look out for
in selecting a diamond. These are also commonly-known as the 4 Cs
(Carat, Clarity, Colour and Cut). Other factors like Polish, Symmetry, Fluorescense also affect the price of the diamonds. If you are unsure, do feel free
to contact us . We will be happy to explain
the details to you and assist in your choice.
2. How do I see the products that I
have requested?
Contact us to view the products
in our office at a time that is convenient for you. Please be assured
that appointments are obligation-free, and clients are encouraged
to make the purchase decision only after you are convinced that
you like what you have seen.
3. Do you do meetings outside of your
office?
We apologise, but we are unable to accommodate requests for viewing
outside of our office. This is due to several reasons:
- One reason would definitely be for security.
As we like to allow clients to view the diamond before purchasing,
we would not want to endanger our service staff and clients by
bringing around our high-value products. The privacy of our office
will therefore allow the clients to freely admire the product
without attracting the attention of strangers in the open.
- We have a larger selection of the gems in
the office. If a client changes his/her mind about a particular
diamond that had been reserved, it would be much easier to view
the alternatives while in the office. For obvious reasons, it
is not possible for us to bring along the entire selection if
they were to go on visits.
- In the office, the client may also view
some sample designs on the settings. For something more complex
and exclusive, you may also discuss your specification with us
and our respected craftsmen will do their best to meet your requirement.
4. Why is it necessary to make an appointment
before visiting the office?
Clients are encouraged to arrange an appointment before visiting
the office. This is because sometimes certain diamonds on our online
catalogue may need to be shipped from overseas when a client has
reserved the item for viewing, and they will be otherwise unavailable
if the client does not arrange an appointment for viewing the particular
gemstone.
Also, as we strive for personalised service as a policy, we like
to ensure that clients are served promptly and accorded the individual
attention that you deserve the moment you enter our office. Making
appointments will ensure that we have allocated time and are ready
to receive you the moment you arrive, thus saving you precious waiting
time.
5. Do you do custom designs for the settings?
Yes, we are able to accommodate custom designs for the settings
for that extra touch of individuality and exclusivity. Please feel
free to discuss your specifications with us and our experienced
craftsman will endeavour to accommodate your requests.
6. How much does it cost to do the settings?
Generally the cost of the setting depends on the type and weight
of precious metal used, as well as the complexity of the design.
Charges are calculated based on the amount of the material used
and also the craftsmanship.
The materials available include silver, gold, white gold and platinum.
Some of the common setting options that clients request for include
rings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants and earrings.
As an estimate, a simple solitaire white gold ring will cost from
SGD$200 and above, excluding the diamonds and subject to gold price fluctuation.
7. How long does it take to custom-make
the setting?
The waiting time depends on the complexity of the design and also
the number of orders in the queue. However, usually orders take
14 days or fewer to complete.
8. Do you provide re-setting or plating
services?
While this is not our main business, we do provide such value-added
services to our known clients at a nominal fee. Clients may choose
to re-size the jewellery item, alter the design, or even create
a totally new item with the existing diamond. The lead time will
be similar to that of the custom-made settings. Charges will again
depend on the cost of material used as well as workmanship fees.

10. Do you do Corporate
Gifts?
Yes, we do offer corporate gifts such as chain and pendant sets
for clients who wish to reward their Long-serving or Outstanding
Staff, to present to important business partners, or to serve as
prizes for company functions or contests. Please contact us to make
an appointment and discuss how we can play a part in helping your
company to convey the messages of goodwill—via a gift that
is fitting of the occasion.
11. Do you accept online
transactions and perform shipping?
As we greatly value clients’ satisfaction, we try to encourage
customers to examine the products before making the final purchase
decision. This is to ensure that clients are truly satisfied with
the product that you are buying. This also serves to enhance our
credibility and demonstrates our confidence in the quality of our
products.
However, for your convenience, especially if you are based overseas,
we are most happy to accommodate and receive your payment online
and ship your purchase to your location—if you should so prefer.

12. What are the modes of payment?
Local clients are welcome to choose whether to pay for their purchases
in cash or credit card (For credit card payments, all transactions
will be performed in SGD). For international clients, you may choose
between online payments or payments via Demand Drafts or Telegraphic
Transfers.
Please also note that as a policy, clients are required to leave
a down payment of at least 50% before an order will be processed.
